INSTALLATION & PRODUCT WARRANTY

What is Covered. This warranty covers any defects in workmanship, including installation, with the exceptions stated below. For warranty service, you must provide proof of the date of original purchase.

How Long Coverage Lasts. This warranty runs for one year from the date of installation. All implied warranties are also limited to a one-year from date of installation. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

What is not covered. This warranty does not cover countertops that have been moved from their original installed location, and it does not cover the natural characteristics of stone, which include, but are not limited to, color variations, water lines, or surface marks. This warranty also does not cover damage to your countertop caused by factors out of our control, such as house settlement, fires, tornados, or other acts of nature. This warranty does not cover any natural stone from any type of cracking, staining or scratching. This warranty does not cover any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits) arising out of or relating to this agreement or the transactions it contemplates (whether for breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other forms of action) and irrespective of whether Precision Stone Design has been advised of the possibility of any such damage. This warranty also does not cover any damages resulting from dust, noise and smell due to sealers, hardeners and glue used in the installation. This warranty does not cover any damages such as nicks, cuts, holes and/or scratches, which may happen to the drywall/cabinet/mirrors to achieve a custom fit. This warranty is not transferable. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

What Precision Stone Design Will Do. Precision Stone Design will repair any countertop that proves to be defective in workmanship. In the event repair is not possible, Precision Stone Design will either replace your countertop with a new countertop of similar composition and price, or refund the full purchase price of your countertop.

How to Get Service. Contact Precision Stone Design at (312) 427-8663 to get warranty service. A service representative will assist you with your warranty. To better assist you, please have a copy of your receipt with you. You can also send a letter to Precision Stone Design, 945 Lively Blvd, Elk Grove Village, Illinois 60007 by certified or registered mail with a copy of your receipt, stating your name, phone number, invoice number and date, and explaining that you want to use your warranty.

How State Law Applies. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
